Add compendium for items from SRD #46

Story

As a ds4 user, I want to have the items from the SRD available as a compendium so that I can quickly add them to my world without having to recreate everything myself.

Description

In order to ease the usage of the ds4 system, we should add a compendium with all the items from the SRD.

Open Questions

  • Should magical variants of armor, weapons, shields be included? If yes, which?
  • Should it be a single compendium or should it be split (by type)?

Acceptance criteria

The compendium includes:

  • Weapons (include magical variants?) (see !61 )
  • Armor (include magical variants?)
  • Shields (include magical variants?)
  • Items from the "On the Road" section
  • Items from the "At the Merchant's" section
  • Items from the "Illumination" section
  • Items from the "In the Temple" section
  • Items from the "Mounts" section (doesn't really make a lot fo sense to add as items)
  • Items from the "Locks" section
  • Items from the "Miscellaneous" section
  • Items from the "Animals" section (doesn't really make a lot fo sense to add as items)
  • Items from the "Construct Dwelling" section (doesn't really make a lot fo sense to add as items)
  • Magic Potions (icons will be added later, foundry 0.8.0 introduces a ton of icons for consumables)
  • Scrolls (for every spell) (delayed until we have a spell compendium)
  • Examples of Magical Weapons
  • Examples of Magical Armor
  • Miscellaneous Magic Items

Not included are the sections "At the Tavern", "Accommodation", and "Magic Services" as these are services which are not represented as items.
