Story

As a player, I want cleaned up items overviews without headers for empty lists so that I do not have to scroll too much and get a quicker overview.

Description

Currently, all item lists (e.g. weapon, talent, ...) both in the inventory as well as in the Talents & Abilities tab show their list headers, even if no item of that category is present. Only showing the heading and the "add"-button would be sufficient.

Acceptance criteria

List headers only shown if list is not empty for lists in
- Talents & Abilities
- Inventory
