Description

As a developer, I want a robust and maintainable template for the item and property lists.

Acceptance criteria

Replace flex boxes with grid layout for item lists.
Code duplication in items list of actor sheet reduced as much as sensible.
The style of the item side-properties list is adapted such that all properties are aligned and justified, cf. comment by @pheerai in !15:
This is shown towards the right margin for me. I'd rather prefer center or left alignment.
