Description

As a ds4 player, I want to track my characters talents in my character sheet so that have them always available to me.

Acceptance criteria

A talent has the following information:
- acquired ranks
- maximum acquirable rank
- additional ranks
- a derived property (effective rank) showing the total number of ranks (= acquired ranks + additional ranks)
- name
- description
Talents are tracked in the character sheet in the same way actual items are.
The above mentioned information is shown in the list of talents of a character.
